OK, so, I try to set a video camera up somewhere in the venue at every show we play. Typically I use the recordings to reference afterward and see where we can improve. We’ve never shared the audio from one of these recordings until now. The following is audio ripped from our Flip (I like the way that sounds “ripped from our Flip”) from our last New York City performance on 6-12-10.

Our magical Smile Smile tour took us to Nashville, TN last night where our show from 3rd and Lindsley was broadcast live via Lightning 100. Thanks to everyone who came out and had a drink with us! On another note, we think it’s very important to keep fit and eat right on the road. A lot of people think that all musicians do is party and sleep on the road. Well….that is true! But every once in awhile we realize the importance of a good old fashioned workout including meditation and pushups.

Well we took a shot a Little Rock and although the bench talks about LOVE…..I can’t say there was much LOVE to be found in ARK. But all kinks aside, we continued on our trek to Atlanta, GA where we played at Vinyl with The Orkids, The Spring Standards and Wakey! Wakey!.

After Jencey stuffed her face at Summerfest, in true rock star form we caught a cab from the bus to the venue. Where we warmed up for our show like any rock star would do. By texting and checking email. Atlanta was an awesome show and we have a new favorite band in the The Spring Standards. Definitely check them out!! Tonight is Nashville, 3rd and Lindsley.

So we have arrived in Little Rock, AR and Ryan felt like he needed to step up his hipster cred to fit in. After a very non-eventful shopping spree through Whole Foods (where Ryan did not get spotted by ANY rabid fans) I think he felt like he needed to up his American Idol anti and put on a little glitter and sunshine. This consisted of hair straightening. My beauty salon treatment consisted of using Ryan’s Arm & Hammer deodorant since I decided to leave all three tubes of mine at my house. So I will have to settle for Iced Coffee and Hair Straightening parties….Tonight…..Juanita’s Little Rock! Come check us out at 10pm!!!!!
